Cancellation Policy Online Bookings Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable. Extreme Weather Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are forecast to be unsafe, Sea Moor Outdoors will contact you in advance to discuss alternative dates for your booking. If an alternative date can be arranged, your booking will be transferred at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Group Bookings A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your activity date. Deposits are fully refundable up to one month before the activity date. Full payment is required 14 days before the activity date. Once full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. Cancellations by Sea Moor Outdoors Sea Moor Outdoors reserves the right to cancel a booking if necessary. In these circumstances, customers will receive a full refund. Gift Cards Gift cards can be redeemed for any purchases made with Sea Moor Outdoors. Gift cards will automatically expire 2 years from your date of purchase. Refunds Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer. Refunds processed through Stripe, including online bookings and in-person card payments, may take 5–10 business days to appear in the customer's bank account. Purchases made using gift cards that are refunded will go back onto the gift card, they can be applied at checkout using the original code. If the gift card has expired, please contact team@seamooroutdoors.co.uk to request an extension.
